Becca's Presentation on P.E.I.

Greetings,

Becca chose to do her presentation on a family vacation to Prince Edward Island.  When designing her bristol board Becca was able to use some of the actual sand she collected for her title.  We all thought that was really cool.  Becca talked about some of the places she visited while she was there like a Potato Museum where she saw the biggest potato in the world and an old school house with an old fashioned telephone.  We saw a picture of her underneath a giant cow statue at the Cows Creamery where she had some yummy ice cream.  Becca told us one of her favourite things to do was catch the jellyfish on the beach.  Afterwards we used our mapping expertise to locate P.E.I. on a map of Canada and then we did some research on jellyfish as well to find out more about them.
