Rachel's Presetation on Squirrels

Greetings,

Rachel chose to do her presentation on squirrels.  Her brother Travis helped her find some information on his iPod.  Rachel told us that squirrels are mammals and there are more than 200 squirrel species that live all over the world.  We all found it very interesting that squirrels have four front teeth that never stop growing so they don't wear down.  Rachel told us that the ground squirrel eat nuts, leaves, roots, seeds and other plants.

Thanks for teaching us about squirrels Rachel.  It fit in perfect with our Science unit on living things.
