Today Callum chose to do his presentation on some people that are very special to him, his grandparents. Callum used the bristol board to draw a beautiful picture of his family, including his grandparents. He told us that his grandparents live far away in Toronto so he doesn't get to see them too often. Callum does get to visit his grandparents each year when he travels with his family to a cottage. We had a great discussion afterwards about how important grandparents are in our lives and many students in the class agreed with Callum, grandparents are pretty special!
